Business Manager (CIB)

  • Running of cross-functional projects for Corporate and Investment banking department of the Bank on each lifecycle stage from pre-project research and initiation to delivery and formal closure;
  • Experience in business controls enhancements,
  • Front-to-back efficiency improvement and automation, regulatory compliance projects;
  • Participation and reporting in various Senior Management Committees across the Bank;
  • Business process management;
  • Working out and approval of internal regulatory documents (procedures, policies, methodology, orders);
  • Participation in operational incident investigations.
  • Supervision of day-to-day operations and activities of CIB department
  • Establishment and maintenance of proper CIB department process improvements
  • Forecasting and control over CIB department budget
  • Review of long-standing productivity of the CIB department
