Outstaffing is the involvement of a freelance specialist (freelancer) who has the appropriate knowledge, professional skills and experience for the duration of a certain project.

Under outstaffing understand the conclusion of the employee for the staff of the customer company and its registration in the staff of C-Executives, while he continues to work in the same place and perform their previous duties, but the duties of the employer in relation to it already performs C-Executives.

The outstaffing service is used in cases when business development requires the introduction of new staff units, and the company’s staff is limited to the staffing or when there is a cyclical development of the company and the seasonal factor, project work.

Specialization of the enterprise in this case is not crucial, but mainly outstaffing is used by FMCG-companies, manufacturing enterprises, banks, as well as IT and Telecom-companies.
