Higher education – preferably financial/economics

Standard computer skills

Knowledge of financial analysis technics is a plus


Relevant job experience preferably with foreign banks / top-20 Russian

Overall responsibility for profit maximization within assigned customer segment;

P&L responsibility for the assigned customer segment ;

Participation in the budgeting process / control over the budget execution and accomplishment of targets /cost controlling / reporting;

Selling of the full spectrum of banking products;

Special focus on selling of credit/risk-bearing products:

primary assessment of the creditworthiness

structuring of the credit product

preparation and negotiation of the product offer

agreement on the pricing

participation in the preparation of the credit request

carrying the deal through the approval process (risk management and credit committee)

participation in the meeting of the credit committee – if needed

ensuring smooth drawdown and monitoring throughout the loan life-time

Proactive search for the new customers / expansion & monitoring of the customer base /

increasing of the efficiency of the customer business

Maintaining relationship with the exiting clientele

Marketing support for the product units

Supporting the clients in the day-to-day business

Main targets:

Complaint management

Revenues (interest income + fees) from the assigned segment

Loan portfolio

Number of clients / new clients / revenues per client

Customer satisfaction (measured annually by an independent company)
