Head of Account Management/ Clients’ Onboarding

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, lead, plan for, manage and motivate a team of c.5 people
  • Perform, manage and develop Clients’ Onboarding functions including:
  • Perform Know-Your-Client review of clients in accordance with Cyprus regulatory requirements
  • Opening of new client trading accounts in accordance with our Account Opening Procedures
  • Control and execution of Counterparties Master Agreements (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA etc) and maintenance of master agreements database;
  • Client files/ records management, maintenance and updating
  • Preparing monthly management reports including monthly volume and productivity metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and Quality reviews
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects of Cyprus & Global Operations relating to the growth/ development of the above functions as well as for promoting operational excellence

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Investment Services or related subject
  • Good knowledge of Securities Market
  • Excellent command of English
  • Computer skills: MS Office, especially Excel
  • Russian language skills
  • Basic understanding of the Cyprus Anti Money Laundering and corporate legal framework
