Operations control manager
- FO to Back reconciliation, validation of booking schemes
- Management and escalation of operational issues, investigating and solving of incidents
- Monitoring of compliance with internal policies and procedures by OPS employees
- Control and participation over operational procedures/ manuals update, conducting random checks of OPS activity
- Creating different types of control/statistics reports on a regular basis and upon request
- Control/coordination of period closure
- Setting of IT tasks for improvement of back office systems and control over realization
- Providing operational expertise and control over OPS participation to new products and projects (record-keeping and control aspects)
