Operations control manager

  1.  FO to Back reconciliation, validation of booking schemes
  2. Management and escalation of operational issues, investigating and solving of incidents
  3. Monitoring of compliance with internal policies and procedures by OPS employees
  4. Control and participation over operational procedures/ manuals update, conducting random checks of OPS activity
  5. Creating different types of control/statistics reports on a regular basis and upon request
  6. Control/coordination of period closure
  7. Setting of IT tasks for improvement of back office systems and control over realization
  8. Providing operational expertise and control over OPS participation to new products and projects (record-keeping and control aspects)
