Senior Compliance Controller (Nur-Sultan, Qazaqstan)

Investment Company is looking for Senior Compliance Controller (Nur-Sultan, Qazaqstan)

Organization and leadership activities of the Company’s Compliance and other departments in the area of compliance risk management process and internal control, including drafting internal regulations, monitoring and education process, coordinating Company’s activity in preventing involvement in criminal activity

AML/CFT compliance issues

Implementation of business process control activities as part of compliance procedures, preparation of reports, compiling a list of the Company’s employees with access to insider information

Qualifications

• Strong ability to develop institutional policies and procedures in compliance with Group requirements as well as Local Legislation
• Strong leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills
