• Senior HR Business Partner responsible for all human resource activities for the IT stream (4000 ppl).
• Drive the alignment and execution of the human strategies and plans that find, develop, retain employees and enhance their contribution to the business strategy and needs.
• Provide consultancy, assistance and follow-up on corporate HR policies, processes and practice.
• Support day-to-day HR issues arising in the Technical stream, including ad-hoc employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, staff grievances issues.
• Restructuring of the department structure.
• Implementation of career models and new assessment schemes.
• Member of the Company’s HR Function based in HQ, Moscow
